There are so many important areas and possible developments that can benefit fromsystemic and strenghsbased methods and views. For example, working together with families has given me many learning possibilities that I am grateful for. Leadership is a profession that nearly everyone has ideas about and experiences from in different ways. If we can be part of encouraging leaders to become more conscious about how they influence and how than can influence, they will reach out to many people. Small steps can create a lot of positive spirals. Leaders have a fantastic possibility to be a part of and creating contexts where people’s knowledge, abilities and skills will have an opportunity to come forward and develop further. Leaders also have a position where they can find ways to clarify goals and at the same time involve colleagues in a way that engage, make people proud of what they are doing and also encourage their responsibility to work towards defined goals. To involve people to co create the future and to find ways to use their skills and abilities in the best ways not only creates healthy and successfull organisations, it also allows people to develop and to feel proud of what they are doing and recognises that their contribution is important for the whole. Through systemic methods and theories we have the opportunity to do this. If we also can share ideas and inspire each other this power will be even stronger. By these words I would like to encourage us all to share experiences and ideas so that we can develop the area of systemic leadership and its possibilities further.
